oldesarge · 5 months agoOoooooh, the legislature is patting themselves on the back, well I don't see any of it being spent around here. How much is being spent in the metro Boston area and how much is being spent outside of metro Boston? They're just replacing State money with Federal money.

Noah R. Bombard · 5 months agoI don't think it's just a case of the legislature patting itself on the back, as the report was done by MassPRIG. The question about whether state money is just being substituted with federal money is a valid question, though.
